You may place orders by this website, fax, e-mai, mail, or by calling our toll-free phone number. However, if the phone lines are occupied, it may be more convenient (and faster) if you e-mail, or fax the orders on our fax line.

There are no minimum orders except where specifically indicated (such as slippers). We encourage you to order small quantities of products to try them out first and re-order at anytime.

Our terms are net 30 from invoice date. If you need a time extension, please let us know by calling our toll-free number.

We ship by Canada Post Expedited and the shipping charges are added to your invoice based on the weight per box with Canada Post.

We do not send statements. Please pay invoice by due date.

If your shipment has defective products, shortages or overages, please call us (toll-free) as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

If at any time you have questions or concerns, please contact us. Also, if you want a full catalogue, we can send it to you with your next order.
